what is the wait time?

I try my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Turn-around times can vary depending on the time of year, holiday seasons and if the order is personalised or custom-made. Current turn-around time is 7 business days production time before shipping. All in stock, non-personalised/custom items will be posted within 2 business days.

Where do you source your materials?

All laser products are made from quality materials sourced within Australia from reputable laser supply companies.

How do I care for my products?

Each product is shipped with a care card specific to your product. If you lose your care card, or would like an electronic copy please don’t hesitate to get into contact and I will be happy to provide one to you.

Who makes all the items?

All items are personally handmade by the creator, Hayley from her home in NSW.

How did you come up with the name?

I was only 2.5 years old when my maternal Grandad died, but I have 4 very vivid memories of him, and one of them was him calling me ‘Little Dot’. When I had my daughter I remember thinking to myself she is such a tiny little dot, and my own Dad referred to her as this on many occasions which always made me smile. It seemed only fitting to call my business something close to my heart.
